A leading House of Representatives aspirant from Ilorin East and South Federal Constituency, Hon. Abdulwahab Oladimeji Issa has commiserated with the family, friends, and Kwara PDP as a whole, over the death of a former Secretary of the Party, Alh. Kola Onimago who died yesterday 30th March 2022.
Wahab Issa, in a statement by his Media Aide, in Ilorin, today, described the death of a former PDP Scribe as sad and painful.
He described Onimago’s death as a “great loss to the progressives, the political ideology he identified with and represented while alive. He promoted the spirit of togetherness among Kwarans of diverse backgrounds, ethnicity, faith and politics.”
Hon. Wahab affirmed that the deceased worked actively to advance the political and economic fortunes of Kwara state, adding that Onimago was a good party man, who was unwavering in his support for his party, PDP, through all the twists and turns of his political life. His passing is a big loss to the largest political family in Nigeria.”
He prayed God to forgive his shortcomings and grant the deceased some eternal rest.
