The Spokesperson of the Kwara State All Progressives Congress (APC) Campaign Council , Mrs Florence Olasumbo Oyeyemi said that the party is set to Familiarize with the Media and invite support for the Re-Election Campaign of Governor AbdulRahman Abdurazaaq.
In a statement earlier today , she said”This media parley with journalists is to first appreciate you all for the support we have enjoy from you all in this first tenure and subsequently, seek your continuing collaboration for our re-election campaigns as we seek mandate renewal come 2023”
“We are here to also celebrate our achievements and to tell you that we are even better prepared to deliver when given a second mandate riding on the back of our successes and achievements and the collaborative efforts of the media in ensuring a consistence and balanced reportage of the administration of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq”he said.

They have told lies and postured in such a manner as to hoodwink the public into believing that the entire Kwara is tired of our amiably quiet and effective governor. To that end, they have concocted, among other paraphernalia in their cauldron of manipulation and untruths, the odious slogan called “osuwon”. What they are tired of, however, is having their sticky, stubby fingers out of the state’s coffers and collective patrimony.
He also stressed that ,What they are tired of is gaping on the side-line, drooling, as good governance is entrenched in the noble state of Kwara – a feat that they could not manage in all their years in government. They are weary because you, the media, men of good conscience and with no guilt, have heralded the cry of the people which is “MA A SE LO”.
The people now get their salaries on time and they can see their revenue being committed to the task of developing the state through tangible investment in infrastructural projects that will build a sustainable and working system for all Kwara.

In his remark, the Director General of APC Campaign council in Kwara State, Amb. Abdulfatai Yahaya Seriki has disclosed that the council has already started working on alliances with SDP, YPP and other opposition parties in the state ahead of the forthcoming elections.
According to him, “Those governorship candidates contesting in opposition parties deep down inside them, they knew they are going no where. Probably they are looking for a way for me to approach them which we have started and By the special grace of God YPP, SDP and even PDP we are all together.”
Speaking further, Seriki urged the people of Kwara to support the re-election bid of Mall. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq in order to finish the good work he has started.
