In a bid to alleviate Poverty and promote Economic Growth, the Ope Alao Vanguard, a Non-Profit Organization founded by Hon. Hafiz Opeyemi, has initiated a Cash Empowerment Program for the benefit of the Igbonna Community in Oyun Local Government.
The Program, which took place at the Igbonna Townhall, was attended by several Dignitaries, including the Wife of the Speaker of the Kwara State House Assembly, the Chairman of Oyun Local Government, and all Local Government Executives led by their Chairman. Additionally, several Government Officials attended the Event.
The Deputy Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly, Hon. Ojo Olayiwola, was also in Attendance, lending his Support to the Initiative. He expressed his Gratitude to Hon. Hafiz Opeyemi for his Consistent Support to the Community and prayed for his Well-being.
Hon. Hafiz Opeyemi expressed his Gratitude to the Community for attending and reiterated his Commitment to supporting the Kwara State House Assembly Speaker. He also urged the Igbonna Community to support the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 Elections.
Twenty-four Widows received ₦20,000 each, while Twenty-one Youths received ₦50,000 each as part of the Empowerment Program.
One of the Beneficiaries thanked Hon. Alao for his Kindness and Generosity, noting that this was not the first time he had empowered the Community. The Beneficiary prayed for Hon. Alao’s Long Life and Good Health.
The Program is a Testament to Hon. Hafiz Opeyemi’s Commitment to the Welfare of his Constituents and his Dedication to making a Positive Impact in the Community.
In his Opening Remarks, the Chairman of Ope Alao Vanguard expressed his Gratitude to the Dignitaries present and emphasized the Importance of empowering the Community through Financial Support.
After the Program, Hon. Hafiz Opeyemi paid a Courtesy Visit to the Kabiyesi of Igbonna Land, who prayed and appreciated Hon. Hafiz Opeyemi for his Consistent Support and Contributions to the Community.
