I extend my best wishes to Muslim communities here in Kwara state and around the world for seeing the end of the blessed month of Ramadan. The period was a time for self-reflection, devotion and fervent prayer. It is a time for renewing faith and strengthening the bonds between family and friends.
Eid marks a new beginning for each individual and despite the challenges posed by this present pandemic (Covid 19) which has ravaged the world, we should still hope for the blessings that comes with the blessed month.
We should also endeavor to protect ourselves and our loved ones by adhering to social distancing and other guidelines.
