The students of the department of mass communication, Kwara state polytechnic, Ilorin beats Unilorin, Kwasu and other tertiary institutions in an advertising and public relations competition organized by the department of mass communication, University of Ilorin on April 18th, 2023.
The program which was graced with the presence of Mr. Ozoemena Mbanefo, Founder of Oxygen Academy, Mr. Joe-Eugene Onyenyili-Onuorah, Director, registration and professional development, ARCON and Mrs. Biodun Adefila, Chief operating officer SO&U limited as the jury, with the attendance Kwara State University, Kwara State Polytechnic, Lens Polytechnic, Ajayi Crowther University, Fountain University, Summit University, Redeemer’s University and the host institution, University of Ilorin was organized to train advertising students of these tertiary institutions on the grind of advertising, exposing them to what the practice is like in the real world.
However, Kwara state polytechnic, Ilorin were crowned the best of all after thorough evaluation by experts in the field adopted as the jury members.

At the same time she volunteered in developing the community radio at KwaraPoly Radio.
She holds a Diploma in Mass Communication from a reputable higher institution in Nigeria and is currently a correspondent at Satcom Media.
