••• Appreciates AbdulRazaq over KWASIP Funds
The people of Kwara North has reassured Kwarans and nation at large that they are solidly behind the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.
It was disclosed that the purported story circulating across the social media that over 10000 All Progressive Congress (APC) Members had decamped to People Democratic Party (PDP) holds no water. The people of Edu Local Government Area of the state had dissociated themselves and declared their unwavering support to the progressive party in a meeting where the Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Mamma Saba Jibril was in attendance.
The Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Mamma Saba Jibril extolled the people of Kwara North for supporting this Government and assured them of the Selfless determination of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq to develop the area and the state in general to an enviable height. He reiterated that, the acclaimed decampee are bunch of political liars who are engrossed with selfish interest.
Prof. Mamma Jibril established that Kwarans are not gullible. They will no longer fall for such orchestrated mischief against the People’s Governor who has shown beyond doubt that he’s a man of the people anytime, any day.
In his remarks, the Chairman of APC in Edu Local Government, Mallam Aliyu Umaru popularly known as ‘Lambasa’ stated at the stakeholders and members meeting held Dumagi, “It preposterous for any person or group of them to embark on such fruitless venture of creating mischief where there’s none. They are faceless which is an enough evidence of the emptiness of the minds that sponsored and shared it.
Meanwhile, the member representing Edu in the State House of Assembly, Hon. Ndamusa Guyegi applauded the people of Kwara North, most especially the progressive members of Edu Local Government for keeping faith and being supportive to the Government of the day; he maintained that the people of senatorial district are well represented in the Government.
Earlier, the honourable Commissioner for Sports and Youth, Mrs Joana Nnazua Kolo established the unfliching support the people her giving the Government as one with no equal, she buttressed that the achievements recorded by the Abdulrahman led Administration within one year surpassed the noise and empty promises of several years back.
Mrs Kolo admitted that the indistinctive decamped personnel are selfish individuals who bear no empathy nor sincere interest of serving the populace but enriching their pockets.
The Chairman, Teaching Service Commission, an indigen of the area, Mallam Abubakar Toohed Bello described the decampee as political courtesans who lack followership but noisy social media politicians who should be ignored.
Mallam Abdullahi D. Yusuf, the president of Okada Riders from Kwara North boasted of his unalloyed support with his over 3000 members to the AbdulRahman led Administration, in the same vein, the Group of Farmers Association pledged their support and appreciated the gesture of the Government towards KWASIP FUNDS which they received.
The meeting registered the presence of the stakeholders, party executive and members, representative of youth and women groups, artisans and many more who were unanimously in their submissions pledged their support and pleased with the administration of AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and equally debunked the claims of the decampee in its entirety.
