Kwara APC Chieftain, Mohammad Dele Belgore (SAN) has commended Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq’s transformative impact in Kwara State. Belgore, who rarely publicly praises individuals, made an exception for the governor, citing his undeniable contributions to the state’s development.
According to Belgore, Governor Abdulrazaq’s focus on substance over style has yielded remarkable results. The administration has made significant strides in improving infrastructure and human capital. Notably, 145 roads have been built or repaired, with 50 more in progress.
The governor’s commitment to education has also been impressive, with a record 8,000 teachers hired and the KwaraLEARN initiative boosting learning outcomes. Additionally, the garment factory and Visual Arts Centre are expected to create jobs, attract investment, and put Kwara on the national map.
Ilorin’s urban landscape has been transformed with the construction of new flyovers and roads. Furthermore, the administration’s agricultural initiatives, including SAPZ, tractor acquisition, farming clusters, and irrigation schemes, have boosted agriculture, creating new opportunities for rural communities.
Belgore’s praise is not merely a formality; it is a sincere acknowledgement of the governor’s achievements. He emphasized that Governor Abdulrazaq has earned the accolades he is receiving, and his positive impact on the state is undeniable.
