National Association of Law Students, National Headquarters, which encompasses all law students of Kwara State origin across the country and in diaspor in a press release signed by Comrade Moshood IbrahimChairman, NAKLAS Caretaker Committee, and Owolabi Yusuf OlatunjiS Secretary General through AbdulWasiuMujeeb Idowu, Public Relations Officer sent to Satcom Media Lauds the efforts of senator Lola Ashiru, senator representing kwara south in the Nigerian senate, for his support towards students welfarism in his senatorial district, particularly, on the scholarship recently awarded to the threesome of Olaoye Oluwafunmiyi Dare, Qomarudeen Suraju Adeleye and Aliyu Solihu Ololade who are all students of Kwara south origin at the Nigerian Law School.
It is of high pertinence to note that the gesture is a restoration of the erstwhile policy of political leaders of kwara state in times past, and a display of the commitment and readiness to serve the people of kwara south.
On this note, this association commends him and charged him not to relent but extend this philanthropic gesture to more law graduates who are in dire need of sponsorship to study at the Nigerian law school
On a final note, we wish to seize this medium to appeal to other senators most importantly, current senators from Central*and North to please emulate this policy so as to ease the affairs of kwara state students at large and in particular law graduates to be able to attend their compulsory one year program at the Nigerian law school
