On Saturday June 17, I had a high level engagement with the leaders of the local chapters of NAKSS at Federal Polytechnic Offa and College of Health Technology, Offa at their respective campuses. I was really overwhelmed by their show of love and hospitality. Such a warm welcome further establishes the fact that NAKSS remains a big and united family.I am truly humbled by their sheer confidence and unity of purpose in the progress of our dear association.While i used the opportunity of the visit to evangelize my agenda for the NAKSS National headquarters, they also in turn lay bare their expectations which I promise to better if given the chance.I promised them that we will build a body that speaks to the real issues affecting the students community in the State and also create a balance in promoting the political, social and economic interest of NAKSS members at all levels irrespective of their background, faith and social class. Lest I forget to add that the student leaders are really visionary and have demonstrated a great sense of duty by upholding their chapters despite numerous challenges. I share in their struggle for the betterment of the association and also belief that such an engagement must not be a one stop show but should be maintained.
